All orders are packed with branded tissue. We offer an special gift box only for our newborn sets; these items are wrapped with paper and unique stickers for the brand. The items that include the box are shipped in an email box, the others are shipped with branded tissue and a bag. 

We are unable to be changed or edited it once it's been ordered.

Woggiee will gladly accept returns of product(s) purchased from https://woggiee.com only.

• To be eligible for returns, the products must be in the original packages, unusable, and unwashed. 
• A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved.
• Once the item(s) for return is received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount to the original payment form(s).
